Effect 1d2 Int damage. Additionally, the creature loses the ability to speak one language at random from the languages he knows for 1 minute. Additional failed saves cause the target to lose the ability to speak additional languages if the target has the ability to speak more than one language. Any creature that can no longer speak a language speaks only gibberish, which prevents casting spells with verbal components
